Content: I have your automatic soap dispenser but I've forgotten how to change settings I thought it had eg to increase or decrease the amount of soap that comes out. Can you send me a manual or just let me know how to do this. Thanks

Content: My soap dispenser is not working. I’ve replaced batteries, replaced soap liquid and tried watering it down and it doesn’t help. The lights work but the mechanism doesn’t make any sound when I try to activate it. Please help or provide a replacement. Thank you.

Content: Hi, I bought your Peroom soap dispenser and only a small amount of soap comes out. Battery is fine. It appears to be clogged. How do I unclog it?

Content: I was given the Pet Grooming Clippers as a gift for my now 18yr old service dog. This most recent time after I used them I removed the metal guide to clean out quite a bit of hair because she's shedding her winter coat. Well, one of the white plastic pieces inside that is part of the cutting mechanism popped off, hit the floor & literally disappeared. All 3 of my kids & granddaughter looked & looked, with a flashlight, swept, etc & it's gone. Are there replacement parts available?Thank you,Shona(254) 624-5669
